Bad case scenario. You fuck her. Things go bad. She files a sexual harassment suit and complaint against you and your employer.

You are now in a legal environment where you are presumed to be a predator. You tell the company attorney (if you don't hire your own attorney) that your boss and co-workers were encouraging you to engage in this behavior. He quietly takes notes as he calculates how to throw you under the bus with the least possible impact to the liability of his corporate client. The co-workers and boss, after speaking with the company attorney, recall things quite differently then you recall. They, conveniently, remember things (if they remember matters at all) in a way that means they get to keep their jobs and protects their employer. In other words, the defense is to throw you under the proverbial bus. "Yes, your honor, what this man did was horrible, but the company had no knowledge of it, and our handbook says no sexual harassment. We aren't liable, and the moment we got a report we fired him."
