Look- regardless of how much she likes you right now she is clearly not ready to be in a relationship with somebody other than her ex. She called him the one that got away. He knows about you. Shes not hiding you from him, shes hiding him from you.

FYI, don't be in a serious relationship with a girl unless she's over her last relationship. Normally it takes half the time of the relationship to recover. So if the girl who is using you was in a past relationship for 2 years, it will take a full year of being single (or rebounding) before she's ready to actually seriously date. Anyone who dates a girl that isn't over her old boyfriend is dumb, because she's probably cheating on her new boyfriend.

I was in your GF's ex's situation a while back, except I didn't want her back. So I broke up with this one girl because I knew I could do better. She's desperate to get back with me while I've already moved on to another hotter girl. Anyway she said she's pregnant with my baby so I'll come over and talk to her. She was desperate for attention so she got a new beta boy (i.e. you). When we meet she ends up making the first move on me and we make out in my car while she's wearing her boyfriend's jacket. I wasn't full RP yet, so I went ahead and told the new boyfriend the full situation like how she lied about being pregnant so I would see her then we made out. Poor guy didn't believe me because this girl was manipulating him. i've had conversations similar to that (with me as the ex-bf). even the same thing with blocking me on social media but keeping other less obvious channels of communication open so she could get her fix late at night or when she's feeling lonely.
