I think you can just keep deflecting, it's a game for her so just let her play it, if it losses the playfulness vibe you can just find some general execusr to leave, but make it very unrelated and yet obvious. Just don't get triggered over nothing, tbh the type of girl matters when dealing with annoying shit, it really depends on the frame you set, if you're very dominant you can just look at her straight in the eye and say stop the next time you deflect and she goes on about it, if it persists you'll need to leave to not lose frame so just think about it
