I always give my number. It filters those girls that are really into me because they’d have to text first. Also, If she doesn’t know my SMV, giving my number makes her feel like I don’t care if I ever hear from her or not which is a power move.

I always give my number out. Let alone filtering out flakes I'm too lazy to initiate anything through text. Make the woman do the work. Gives way more peace of mind and the women that actually like you will validate themselves. Win win win.

Plus it automatically puts you in the 10% of dudes that are different.

I give mine out. Works well for me but not all of them reach out. The ones who do reach out almost always end up being FWB unless they show red flags in the process.

Don't do that. I used to do that and missed on a lot of opportunities.

A girl has a giant ego. She's afraid of rejection and will never text you first. Also keep in mind that she would rather respond to a guy she gave her number to after you, than initiate the first approach to you.

Bad idea unless your chad.

It puts her in the position to make a move on you, which is unlikely given the fact that the next guy texts her himself and she forgets about you. Most girls won’t text you back. Women hate making the move because they fear rejection more than COVID

If you're attractive to her she'll see it as a power move but you probably could have just grabbed her number.

If she likes you and isn't sure then you'll put the ball in her court and will lower your success.

If she doesn't care then it won't matter.

I have done this many times and it can be very effective.. especially for a woman who seems on the fence about things. Put the ball in her court and go on with your life. It shows confidence and abundance. If she reaches out then you know she is actually interested...instead of having to chase after her.
