Alright brothers,

I took the pill a while back and ive been changing slowly since then. Its been few months and i am taking my time learning so all the info can "soak in". I have made alot of improvements and i am proud of myself. Im not gonna bullshit you and tell you im spinning 7 plates, Im spinning non. But self improvement is a never ending task. Everyday im learning and applying something new to what i want to be.

I used to be the typical nice guy. Friend zoned by everyone left and right, scared to approach a girl, start to shiver when i talk to any girl, falling for everything, and you know the infamous nice as hell. My ex of 2 years left me to be with another guy (crushed me to death at the time). Few months after, i discovered the Red Pill.

My ex leaving me was the wake up call for me. I went from being 230lbs to 160lbs in about a month (right after the break up for being "Heartbroken"). I took advantage of that because who wouldnt like losing weight? I said fuck it and started going to chicks and chit chatting here and there, went on few awesome dates, and obviously got few numbers here and there. I started getting better. I am alot better now. Most importantly, I am single! My ex begged me to come back, many times! Even though i still miss her deep inside, I said no. Im free!

Anyways... Sorry got excited there.

Ive turned around all that, well, except for being nice. Im in no way as nice as i used to be. Last year, i couldnt say no to anything because i thought it's unfair to say " No". I want to be solid, not nice.

Its been really hard work improving myself and i have never been so happy with myself, but i didnt do all that for people to say " oh hes nice"

So for people who have been through this or people that have been born naturally like that, How do/did you do it?

How did you eliminate the nicer side of you?

To end this. I wanna say that i am not an alpha, But Rome was not built in a day!

Used to be on ex gf's leash until she left me. Said fuck it and started improving myself. Still nice though.
