It might just be a physical problem so check if you've been getting the right sleep, nutrition etc. Maybe get your test levels checked or something too.

If it's just a mental thing take a short break without putting too much pressure on yourself to improve. Just go through the motions for a week or so, not focusing on too much. Then come back and work out new goals for yourself that you can put in place, change up your workout etc

There can always be a purpose behind working out. What's your ideal physique? You'll need to do certain things (routine, nutrition, cutting, bulking etc) to get there.

You might be burned out. Threat yourself. Indulge in food be lazy a bit and find your motivation again. Sleep more.

honestly just gotta find your own intrinsic purpose in life and move towards it. I'm in the nihilist camp that believes life really does not have any particular purpose, humans just have to assign that value so they can propagate, which really is all we know. It's all bullshit man, but you have to find your own purpose.

Don't feel too down on yourself, it's natural to feel like you just exist sometimes because we live in an unnatural state. Just look at the world around you. Just us conversating through this screen is an unnatural exchange, but that's the world we live in. Strive to find your own purpose, beyond women, beyond the gym, beyond money. Then you find happiness and the motivation to continue. You got this my dude

Gotta make sure to stay fresh. Purpose is all about moving forward but if it’s a bland sort of progress you’ll get that. Switch up your work outs, eat good food.

Always think of your long-term goals. They help you gain perspective of what's important in your life. This way you will get more motivation to get the work done. There's no excuse to not follow your goals and dreams, which if you want achieve, you must do the work.

How long is lately and is it linked to some event? Do what the other posts tell you and first try dealing with it yourself, but at some point you should seek help. Depersonalization doesn't sound like your run of the mill depressive episode.
