Hello and thanks for reading.
I'm in my mid twenties and I have this problem. My state is that of constant slugginess. I feel like I have a constant hangover and most of the things I do on a daily basis are an uphill battle. I feel I have no vitality and energy in me. No vigor at all. It's not that I'm lazy, I can and do work all day and have high endurance but it's like that spark of life and vigor isn't there, like I was a child. I try to explain it in multiple ways because I really can't explain it precisely.
Here are the things I have been doing consistently in the last 2-3 years:
- Lifting 2-3 times a week plus doing home workouts. Have changed multiple routines.
- Taking multiple supplements like: Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Ashwagandha, Salmon oil, apple pectin, brewers yeast, L-Theanin.
- Eating testosterone boosting foods + avoiding soy sources.
- Generally eating healthy, no junk food, only natural foods.
- sleeping between 7-9 hours or 10-12. I've experimented to see how I react to different sleep hours.
- Cold showers.
- Generally living a healthy lifestyle, drinking a lot of water and tea, drinking less alchohol etc.
The only things I haven't been consistent are meditation and noFap.
No matter all that and still I find myself lifeless and unfocused. Despite exercising and the mobile lifestyle. Despite all the routines I do.
I'm pretty frustrated tbh.. I live with roomates and see them everyday and the way they live. They eat whateva they want, they don't lift at all, some take hard drugs, chaotics sleep, sometimes they sleep like 3-4 hours and despite all that they function well. They all have girlfriends and have no trouble with women. Same at work. I know for a fact there are people who eat junk food all day, sleep little and don't take any supplements and are fresh and energetic. I know everyone is different but I can't help but notice this and see myself and all the shit I do with little to no result.
Now I do have low T levels but I don't know what else I can do to bring them up (if they are the problem of my low energy). I eat T boosting food, do T boosting exercises and take T boosting supplements.
Any suggestions are welcomed. I'm getting really frustrated with being lifeless and having vitality.
