Just walk away. If she's secretly attracted to you, it'll drive her crazy. If she only saw you as a prospective orbiter, she won't care, and it will save you the trouble of orbiting. It's a win either way!

Yeah if a chick is keeping tally to see if you've "earned" the ability to get intimate with her she probably isn't all that hot for you in the first place .... I'd go cold and keep the date short from that point on. that sounds more like dog training than a date.

Take all this with a grain of salt...: I would say this is not a last minute resistance. You probably pursued them more than they did pursue you. I think it is always a better idea to push through a little and then waiting for them to reciprocate. Give them some room to chase you! They want to chase and win a guy! Be confident in yourself and in the process. You are not supposed to be a needy guy. If they don't return your advances, you should stop and pull back.

The same principle applies to texting. When they did not respond to your text yet, you do not send another text.

The girl I'm seeing plays this game where she's like "tell me 3 things you like about me" or something similar. I might tell her one, but then I tell her I can't let her head get too big and slap her ass.

She gets a little bit of the validation she's seeking but I keep it in check.

Women who tease men are bluring the line on consent and doing a massive injustice to the "HeForShe" and "YesConsent" campagins good women are pushing to teach men not to rape. They need to teach certain women not to behave badly too.

I usually shoot for childish and mildly crude responses, such as "I fart in your general direction."

I find that specific quote to be very useful. If it lands well, then you're free and clear of a dumb conversation. If it lands poorly, you can then bust her balls for not getting a Monty Python quote. Within a minute, you've derailed the conversation either way.

Always deliver it with a cocky smirk and a knowing look in your eyes.
