Stop worrying about your 300lb bench pressing friend. If you read any of the side bar, just bench pressing large volumes of weight alone won't get you laid. There are a million other factors that could affect his poor results.

As for you, stop bitching until you are under 15% body fat and can dead lift 300 lbs. At 6'2" you can be on easy mode if you would just stop feeling sorry for yourself.

Anyways, is he goofy looking? What does that even mean? Just because those girls think that guy is good looking and are appreciating him from afar doesn't mean shit because unless he's tremendously good looking they aren't going to approach him 99/100 times so what does that mean? It means that if you will approach and he will not, you win. Who dares, wins. Take advantage of it. Just because an opportunity is there doesn't mean there's people taking advantage of it.

Yeah, face is one of the biggest factors of physical attraction, but you can’t change it aside from invasive surgeries. The issue is that you’re comparing yourself to other people, and there’s always going to be someone who has something you don’t. Don’t use the black pill as an excuse to not become a better version of yourself, that’s when it gets dangerous. The point is to become a better version of YOU, regardless of the next man.

Having an attractive face gets you a lot more up front attention, but you still won’t get and keep girls if you don’t have social proof and the confidence that comes from being successful in your endeavors.
