You can't control your height but have a lot of control over your build. Focus on what you can control.

Build is a much bigger player than height IMO.

Manlets will make out that the fact that they are short is the biggest disadvantage they have in being attractive, but really that sort of insecurity is often just a symptom of other problems they have. I can think of 4 of my friends who are below 5'5 who have no trouble picking up, and surprise surprise, 3 of them are long time lifters. The other has a chiseled face you could grate cheese off.

It plays into it a little in that women always prefer taller men. You can overcome it with muscles and other things.

Taller guys have a natural advantage, but not one that's difficult for a short guy to overcome.

Enough to pursue it. According to the law of marginal gains, improving in every area just by 1%, leads to a big net improvement. duh. Anything to help your gain and life in general is worth working on. Height and build are by no means the be all end all, and in the grand spectrum of attraction are quite minor. Never the less, there's a reason why weight training is praised on TRP, outside of the muscle gains alone, and it's every bit worth doing.

I think they are both important. Muscles equal attraction. A cut guy is going to pull more then a fat tall slob.

That said Women prefer tall men usually in my experience all other things being equal. (hard truths here buddy, this is TRP.)

Every single woman I have been with has commented on my size in a positive manner. (6 foot 5 large natural frame). Usually multiple times. Especially during intimacy or sex. Part of it I surmise is that bigger guys usually have bigger dicks. (Obvious again, really.)

If you are short or average height, focus on what you can change. You can still become muscled. You can still learn game. You can have great aesthetic style.

I know short guys who pull better then I do regularly. It's just one tool in a big box. It's not fair, but it's how it is.

A rough guess would be: Genetics(face/height/build), Fitness (muscularity, proportions), and Style(grooming/fashion/posture). Height and build would both fall under the 'genetics' model within the category of looks. Genetics is one of the major models that drives looks.

As a 6'2 80KG 20 year old who's been lifting for 3 years, it obviously helps. Focus on build though as that's what's attainable by the effort you put in. Also helps being well groomed and confident.

I'd say height, I've fucked girls just for the fact That I am 6'6" I Laugh when I see someone big but short, because I know their potential is lower. Accept the truth and work with what you have.

Folks often sugar coat this, but being tall and built is hugely attractive to women. Just look at the celebrities that women gush over.

I have a friend that is a hippy. He's 6' 6", decent face/jaw, skinny as hell, and doesn't like to shower. He is never without a girlfriend. And these chicks are usually pretty hot.
