How often should I be going out?

It's all up to you pal, but I have a personal rule that sounds like this: If you're being invited out to any given social event always say yes

I am 20 and I hit the bars/nightclubs once a week. I could go out twice if I wanted to, but as a bodybuilder I need quality sleep, and even though I don't drink, waking up at 12 sucks because it messes up my sleeping patterns and I don't get to be productive in the morning.

Even when I don't want to, I still go out because I really wanna boost my game. Once a week should be enough to see improvements in your ability to seduce women a few months down the road.

I'd focus on social events within your friends/acquaintance circle. This circle should constantly be expanded through hobbies, sports, etc and you should get a couple of invites every week. For everyone who does not like to dance/ isn't a natural in the club environment this is much easier. Depending on where you are in life I would go to a few or any of those.

Have a week in a month where you go out 4 times and then go out every Friday/Saturday

Go out even when your wingmen don't want to. Going out alone helps you grow more than going out with wings

About 2-3 social outings a week is the sweet spot for me.

The rule of thumb I use when asking myself if I wanna go out:
What better, more interesting thing am I going to do with my time?

If there is no good answer, I go. Even if I'm not really feeling it. More often than not I am surprised and have a great time. Besides, if it's shit and you don't enjoy it, leave. Learning that changed the entire game for me.

I go out once every 1-2 weeks but am not even drinking because I'm cutting.

Also what job do you do that makes you work 80 hours/week? That sounds miserable.

Going out twice a week on Friday and Saturday is good for maintaining your current skillset if any

I'm no judgmental or anything. I'm just wondering... Why did it take you 27 years to finally feel ready to start socializing? Anyway to answer your question I would say as often as you like, especially if you have never had fun with girls before. Don't work too hard and good luck.

Simply just make it a habit for 30 days even if it's 15-30 minutes

Consistency will bring better results

Going out to socialize is healthy. I don't know of a specific target though. Everyone is different.
