As far as flaking goes, setup dates in places you would actually go to on your own. For example, I setup a date with a girl at a driving range (she supposedly wants to learn to play golf) last weekend, she flaked but I was going to go there anyways so my time wasn't wasted. If they flake you haven't wasted time.

It just comes down to the 80/20 rule. Place yourself in the top 20% in terms of SMV & you'll see results.

It's really not difficult to be in the 20.

Edit: If you put in 3-4 years of lifting & get your style on point you can easily be in the 10%.

Your question should be how to become a chad. Chads don’t compete with each other. Chads help and complete each other. Only betas and fake alphas compete. Real alphas and chads actually get what they want and got nothing to prove to anyone.
