Just leave. When you get better at it, you will realize some of them are shields/fitness tests that you can push through.

You could disrespect back by mocking her or something along those lines ("Is there something in your eye?"), but this is high risk, high reward. If it doesn't work you will just draw more attention to your rejection.

If at a bar or house party, always smile as you leave so people think you're just leaving on a good note, maybe you didn't like her, maybe she didn't like you, it didn't work out at the end but you smiling while leaving means it was fun either way.

A lot of the times you'll realize the negativity's coming from you, sometimes if she's rejecting me mid-conversation, I'll go at the end of our little talk on the subway: "Well anyway, my stop's next, final chance you should really reconsider" hands her phone with digits and she'll reject again and I'll just go Well it was nice meeting you anyway, see you around, have a good day, whatever just end on a good note and go for a hug and leave.

Unless she seems scared or creeped out (in which case leave & work on your god damn social calibration, big time), stay until you get bored. Don't be reactive and don't expect women to entertain you - they won't, they're boring. Tell her shit you think is cool & entertain yourself, she's just along for the ride. Don't take anything women say seriously or as a personal affront because they simply don't work like men; mentally slot them as ignorant toddlers/teenagers.

For anything beyond this, we'd need examples.

ignore/leave her area and make sure to hit on other girls, like she just doesn't matter. If she's excessively disrespectful and I wasn't I will give her a look like she's crazy and shake my head a little and move on.

Same as if a girl flirted with me who I wasn't hot for and I acted like she had leprosy or something, called her a disgusting bitch, etc., that's way out of line and I wouldn't, so imagine how she'd react if I did.

Always treat rejection from women the same as a business owner would treat a rejection from a prospective customer.

Imagine if a furniture store salesman was telling her about this recliner, and she made that face. How would the salesman normally handle it? That's how you should handle it.
