personally, ANY comment that puts me on the spot and feels loaded, I take it as a shit test, regardless of how it was delivered.

Try not to think so black and white, just think about standing your ground, maintaining frame, being the mountain, etc. and you should be fine. Other wise it's like "OH GOD THERE'S THE SHITTEST KNEW ONE WAS COMING" and you'll take it too seriously. Don't take women giving you shit too seriously. Have fun out there. Do you take it seriously when a friend gives you a little shit? Hell nah, you just give him a little shit back. Hope this helps.

When men hangout, usually there is NO unprovoked tension. When you notice a woman say something that makes you feel uncomfortable for no reason at all and your first reflex is defend yourself, you are being shit tested.

Most of the time you'll say to yourself "Wtf would she say that for? A guy would never say that." "We were just having fun, why the fuck would she ruin the mood now?" Then you know it's that moment.

Try to have a very very strong frame. Shit tests usually aim to break that frame. You'll notice that's the spot they are attacking.

Shit tests focus on you. Either calling you out, challenging you or to get you to qualify yourself.

If it makes you feel like shit it just may be a shit test. I was at a party recently hangin with my boys. When a girl joined our group i deliberately baited her to shit test me by saying woman always suck the fun out of everything. She replied maybe you should switch teams and date men. To which i immediately replied i just jerk off to my self in the mirror ( i read something like that on a post here and made a mental note of it because it was funny). It worked like a charm! So my advice is just keep reading trp, bait girls to give you shit, and hold frame no matter how good the girls comeback is. And remember, when a girl makes you feel like shit, she is just asking if you are man enough ( read that here too).
