First thing I’d look at is: what has changed about me and/or her that affects sexual desire?

Straying from your mission/goals/applying soft dread, Weight gain, becoming generally lazy and unmotivated, depression, taking the other person for granted, slipping on personal hygiene, and/or foreplay - these are all things that lead to dead bedrooms.

So first assess the root of the issue, then fix said issue. If it’s a legit medical concern on her end, she needs to get that checked out. If you're frequently getting turned down, your sex drives are just not compatible or she's just not that into you. Notice I said frequently though. There are times when she will be sore or have some other legit reason. What matters is how often she is turning you down.

You can't pressure her into sex. She is entitled to her vagina. Just like she can't pressure you to not leave her for a more sexually compatible partner. No need to act butthurt or anything.
