I stuttered a lot too man. I naturally talk fast as fuck so I’d lose my train of thought and start stuttering. What helped me was talking slower, and don’t be afraid to say what comes to mind.

Then what you have to realize is that number 1 the stuttering is purely mental most likely. The second thing is that you are afraid of speaking up because you fear failure. You think if you say one stupid thing everyone will judge you. Which is incorrect. Listen to the most powerful person at your job speak. I bet 25% of what they say is wrong or meaningless or both. No one cares. People just want a leader. A proactive action oriented leader. Because most people can’t or won’t lead. And without a leader the pack is aimless.

So stop being afraid to fail. Accept it as a price of success.

That’s the big picture.

The little picture is you getting spoken over or interrupted. That problem stems from you being viewed as not a leader, as someone who doesn’t deserve to be listened to. To change that perception the first step is to have impact when you speak. For work, before you go into a meeting write out your key bullets. Speak first so you have the podium and are less likely to be preempted. And keep your comments concise and impactful. No rambling. Rambling is boring and boring begs to be interrupted.

What did it for me was to speak loud, deep, and slow.

When you wanna say something, just start saying it slowly, but confidently. Chances are people are going to shut up and listen, and if they don't, it doesn't matter, nobody cared, because you didn't sound nervous.

If your stutter is a legitimate speech impediment and not just nerves then get speech therapy. It is real amd can work wonders. A good speech pathologist can chamge your life.

If people knew the BP you then they will always see you that way. Sucks, but that's life.

If you have an RP attitude but a BP body then people won't feel respect-only distaste. You don't NEED to be 6'0" or have a super strong jaw/chin or have broad shoulders. You just need to be well groomed/dressed and in decent shape.

Have you tried meditation? Try meditating 1-2 times a day for 15 minutes. That might actually help your stuttering.

I don't know how it is like for you, but I've always been a stutterer as well. My stuttering had to do with my confidence and me being self-conscious.

Before TRP, I used to get self-conscious easily and anything that would happen and shatter my confidence would get me stuttering a lot. I used to hate the way I look, not satisfied with who I am and always wanted to be better. And stuttering always made the problem all the worse.

However, after TRP, my stuttering decreased significantly. I say decreased not disappeared because it can't just be vanished. Especially after losing weight and beginning to look better and coming in terms with myself, I my confidence was much higher and now, I just say whatever the fuck that comes in my mind. I stutter sometimes, but I still say it. People don't even notice because of my confidence.

So my advice is, same as the rest here, is to work on yourself on becoming a better person, especially the physical part of things. Confidence is something that we all aspire to have but only a few are born with it. If you're not confident enough, then start lifting and eating more healthy only to look better. Look up posts about male fashion and that kind of stuff and improve your looks. You said your face is not bad, so work on the rest of your body, your hair.. etc.

And when you start looking better, PEOPLE WILL NOTICE.

They will fucking notice. Especially those that you see once in a while. And they will compliment you on how cool you look. And when that happens, you feel a sense of satisfaction which in turn nurtures your confidence. And the more girls giving you IOIs, the more confident you become.

I can't describe to you what confidence is, but when you start feeling it, stuttering will be something of the past, and you'll feel that everyone will want to take part of your world.

Work on yourself brah. If I did it, you can too.

Try saying something you know to be completely true to a mirror with as much anger as you can put out without being loud ie stern voice. Works to get me out of a stuttering stupor. Repeat till it feels natural.

Not all AT teachers are great ime. If you leave the first lesson feeling like you're walking on air, you've found a good teacher. That feeling wears off pretty quick but with continuing lessons it takes longer to go until pretty soon, that's your default state.

People take lessons to fix certain problems. eg stuttering but it's important to realise that the lessons are to teach you how to use your body correctly. With correct use of the self, problems like stuttering go away as a side effect of correct body use.

I used to stutter and now I don’t. Don’t be nervous it’s a simple as that. Big bigger than the situation and don’t have a victim mentality. I used to stutter to say my name but when asked because I wasn’t proud of who I am. Now I am. If oh need any help free to DM me

Might be unorthodox advice but try psilocybin mushrooms.

Theres still a lot of grey area but its been known ro help people with depression and addiction. A few people have said its cured their stuttering too because its all mental.

Try not fapping and watching porn for about a week, your t levels would be higher. And it would give your brain a rest from all the poison you put in it. It helped me, and I suggest you try it.
