TL;DR: How do I respond to girl saying we shouldn't see each other because she doesn't just want casual sex?

I've been seeing this plate for a month or so. Things are going fairly well and she's a freak in bed. The only problem is she is 25 and wants commitment and comfort but she isn't LTR material. Apparently I haven't made her comfortable enough and she texted me a message saying she can't just keep having casual sex and that she can't be intimate without catching feelings, so we should stop seeing each other before she gets hurt.

How do I give her comfort without breaking frame too much, keeping her a plate and how do I avoid this situation in the future?

Edit: Responded neutrally ("Hey you do you. Just know I'm eating the food you left in my fridge tho"). She backtracked and wants "just one more night ;)".
