Don't do A&A when they throw an insult against you.

"Wow you're really dumb"

"Totally, I'm the biggest dumb fuck ever"

Use a pressure flip or some other tactic then

"Wow you're really dumb"

"Guess you've found yourself a soulmate"

The basic aim is that you recognize shit tests. Agree and Amplify is just one way to pass them.

A girl wants to see if when she gives you a little shit, do you get defensive, hurt, turn passive aggressive, react etc.

As long as you don't do any of those, you're golden.

A&A is really just a beginner's tool, where the real aim is teaching newbies and autists what a shit test is, and giving them a clear way not to fail.

After some time and evidence that you no longer turn into a bitch, you're no longer thinking 'oh, better A&A here'. You can easily get away with a slight smile and non-reaction.

Amused Mastery. Her test doesn't enter your frame enough to bother with A&A.

Always works because you amplify to something ridiculous and smile or even laugh letting her know it’s obvious bullshit and that you’re not fazed by what she said.
