I trust TRP is brutally honest, and ignores the whole “try harder/ it gets better BS”

I am 22 this year, life an absolute mess. Low SMV of course, I just feel I have too many issues (mostly mental) and too little time to fix it that I could never be the man I wished.

I’m a recovering anorexic, in 6ft and like 120 pounds. Eating and the thought of gaining large amounts of weight in general is just scary to me, due to the disorder. No job or interest in pursuing further education, basically a depressed, aimless guy who doesn’t have anything going for him.

In my darker moments, I have considered suicide as my only way out, but watching incredible transformations on YouTube and reading the shit people write here is inspiring enough. But I would just like a realistic outlook. Is it even possible to overcome an ED, depression and stuff along a period of monk mode or self improvement? Any questions let me know
