Is smoking a redflag?

This probably varies from place to place. In some parts of the world, everybody smokes all the time, and that's just how it is. In other parts of the world, nobody smokes and everybody frowns on the few idiots who do.

Honestly, most Red Pill guys take care of their bodies. Smoking runs contrary to that. If you wouldn't date a fat chick with a poor diet who never exercises, it doesn't make the most sense to date a smoker, an alcoholic, a drug user, etc. I guess if you can get over the smell/taste, or if smokers don't bother you, you can still fuck them.

Nicotine cravings can make people act bitchy, though who's to say what causes what? Maybe where you live, the type of women who get into smoking tend to be a certain type of women socially, and you're seeing some local culture manifest itself.

Not so much a red flag in terms of personality, but a red flag that she doesn't care about her health / appearance as much as she should. You get bitches that smoke and bitches that don't :)

a girl who smokes is the fastest "flag" I know of to get a one night stand..

I've not had your experience (and keep in mind, I own bars and restaurants) but it is a huge red flag health and hygiene wise. For a long term partner why would I look at someone playing with their own long term health? For a casual relationship, I still don't care for the smell etc.

I think you're generalizing with this one ... and maybe the only enviroment you meet women smokers is not condusive to friendly conversations?

Smoking frequently implies party girl which frequently implies slut. Not always the case but it often correlates with reckless behavior and lack of regard to long term consequences.
