Is there a method to bulk without gaining a huge amount of fat?

Lean bulk. Only go 2-3 hundred calories over maintenance and try to stick to clean foods. Some sort of fat gain is relatively inevitable but you can limit it by having a small surplus and no empty calories

After you reach your goal, I’d suggest doing maintenance calories for a few weeks then ease into a Slightly increasing caloric surplus, with enough proteins and fats to support muscle mass repair.

Cardio is great during a cut when you’re trying to lean out and not suffer such a heavy caloric deficit, but lifting heavy or doing challenging enough resistance training is the key to gaining muscle over body fat while in a surplus.

Clean foods and patience. If you try to rush it or eat big macs for calories, you're going to get man titties and look like Grimace from McDonalds.

Sure but it will take a lot longer.

You'll get to your goals quicker if you bulk up and accept the fat gain but then burn it off once your muscle gain is complete

Carnivore seems to be doing that for me. I’m gaining muscle as i lose fat, so if i upped my intake for a bulk it should accomplish that. Not a lot of research on this but there’s been other people reporting the same thing
