Right now, I'm ~97 kg, 186cm with about 22% body fat, I train 6 days a week.

After doing some intense mathematic calculations, in order for me to get 10% body fat in 96 days from my current weight, I'd have to lose 13.37 kg's, putting me at 83.6~ kg. It's not "small" , but It's also not much.

Essentially what I'm wondering is - is the definition even worth it when you're smol? Like sure, I might look good without a shirt on, but the simple fact of the matter is - girls like to feel small, so if I lose a lot of my mass, I feel like I'm severly limiting my options. Who cares how I look without a shirt on, what matters is how I look with one imo because by the point my shirt is already off, it should be a done deal without taking my body % into consideration. (Unless I'm really fat of course).

Perhaps I'm increasing the ones that already would like me since I'll be shredded with a six pack, but I wouldn't be surprised if thicker girls would suddenly not be attracted from the first impression.

Any thoughts on this topic, perhaps from experience etc?
