Another question for you guys. I am a proponent of the direct-approach. I make my intentions clear from the jump, or any time I feel there could possibly be any misunderstanding.
Generally speaking, I also maintain/subscribe to the idea that when a woman agrees to go out/come over, the moment she says any version of "...but we're not having sex" I immediately know we are having sex.

My question is: have you ever had this thrown out at you, but in the scenario of the "first date"? As in, she agrees to go out with you, alone, but wants to insist it isn't a "date".

Should I treat this the same and just roll my eyes (in my head) and go full speed as if she never said it, or, having my made my intentions clear, don't waste my time?

I know there are rarely black and white answers, just curious if you guys encounter this.
