This will most probably be the most hippie advice. But just do whatever you feel is right, forget all that bullshit you see on movies, tv, magazines all designed to regulate and produce all these stupid fears when people have sex (penis too small, premature ejaculation, etc), just be PRESENT IN THE MOMENT, forget about doing it right or wrong, just do it. Most of the other advice here is good. One thing I want to add is something a lot of virgins worry about.

If you're having a hard time getting it up at first, don't freak out. This happens even to the most experienced and a girl with any experience will know this. She can't expect a guy to be fully hard right away. Just tell her to suck on it and lean back with your eyes closed, taking in every sensation. Girls know oral is a great way to get it up and most actually enjoy feeling a guy get harder in her mouth. It's very validating to them.

Advice I never see mentioned that I think should be discussed more is about the fear of cumming too quickly. Realize that a normal guys refractory period is probably less than twenty minutes. Even if you pop fast on the first go your second round will be much much longer.

Guess it already happened for you, but assuming it went well enough to happen again- don't worry about the little awkward moments. This pretty much covers for the possible difficulty of getting it up right away or any other little bump or hesitation that might get in your head.
