Sack up. See an actual doctor and get actual testosterone treatment if your levels are low.

Don't buy into all of this stupid bullshit about diet, exercise, standing in a power-pose for a few minutes, and other loser-ass anecdotes that may kinda sorta slightly boost testosterone. Definitely eat right and work out like a fiend, but that's not the whole solution.

Just sack up, see a fucking doctor, get tested, and get treated. Do you know what's 100% likely to increase your testosterone? Pumping your body with actual testosterone.

If you are still on a caloric deficit, this lowers T. Get to low bodyfat (10-12%), then increase caloric intake and stay in the 10-15% range for better T levels (what percentage are you currently?)

We need more information, what workout do you do (squats and deadlifts?), what do you eat (enough fats?).

Also, supplement with vitamin D and zinc, it increases T levels and libido.

Take Vitamin D3. You can get it at any grocery or drug store.

Heavier lifts make more T.

Weight loss causes it to dip (I am down 40lbs) - I have minor low T right now due to weight loss. Almost done with this cut though, so soon I'll be back to normal.

keep cutting. adipose tissue converts test into estrogen. do your squats and other important compound lifts.

ask your doctor to be tested, make sure it's in the morning, repeat the test every 3 months or so and you'll have a diagnosis if you have it or don't.
