If "testosterone boosters" worked, everyone would be taking them. They haven't been proven (independently) to significantly increase test levels.

Is the issue that you are not gaining the size that you want? If so, how long have you been lifting and what are your lifting, physique and macros stats?

You say you have tried everything, but you don't mention sleeping big. How often do you get your eight hours?

Manage your stress. What fun things do you do? How often do you have a blast?

Get at least 8h of sleep if you can, and try to go to bed early to regulate your sleep cycles.

If anything, post a physique pic. You say you lift too right? Whats your height and weight, and how much you bench squat and deadlift??

That's ultra low. Try using clomiphene aka clomid. If it's going to work, 25 mg every day or three for two weeks should get you there. Repeat if and when levels fall again. Test boosters can't help someone that low. And definitely see an endo. Don't go on trt until you at least try clomid. Think about any environmental hormone disruptor you may be getting unusual levels of.

You probably have too much prolactin causing testosterone deficiency.

Go to urologist (not endocrinologist)

He will give you a script for testosterone injections.

Get aromatase inhibitor and use it.

Do NOT use Clomid.

You can get everything you need online, if you don't want to go through a physician.

Bro get to a (male) endo or urologist and talk to them about TRT. If you're doing all that shit as you say you are there's no way your T should be that low. In your prime T years and a healthy lifestyle you should be pushing 8 or 900 ng/dl.
