She prefers to just do nothing at her place and will play Nintendo switch all night. Should I just pull back and stop inviting her to do shit with me?

Yes plus one more thing: actually be busy. Do something productive with this time. Gym, hobbies, business, self-care, anything.

She calls me every night and we talk on the phone for an hour but I'm getting sick of that.

Shouldn't have allowed this to become a daily thing. Stop this immediately and only do it for X minutes every X days (whatever you deem reasonable). When she asks why you're not answering, tell her you're busy. I'll repeat this part: ACTUALLY BE BUSY.

Should I be open and tell her that I'm not going to replace physical intimacy with phone time?

Now, here’s a problem that affects both men and women.

They BOTH get comfortable/lazy in a relationship.

The first 1-2 are unique, it does not, it cannot remain like that. The chemicals in the brain change. That is why serial monogamy is so common, the magic is gone? Nope, just the honeymoon phase is over. Have you yourself been in a long term relationship before?

I recommend you take charge of the situation, by familiarizing yourself with John Gray, the guy who wrote "men are form mars, women from venus" (psychologist who talks about relationships, a famous one at that). The content is moderately bearable from a redpill perspective , and has some interesting things in it. Most importantly, it allows you to show her, not tell her, that you are in charge of the relationship and are doing things to improve it (leading by example, teaching her and telling her what to do, if you have ideas or thoughts on things that can be improved).

Maybe pull back a little? the one hour phone calls sound annoying as hell, and by your own admission you don´t enjoy it, so put an end to it.
