That sucks. my ltr refused to go with her friends unless i went. My frat brothers were going so she tagged along in my group. She spent the whole vacation with me doing her best to distract me from all the other girls around. If she is still going without you then break up. Otherwise the chances of her cheating are close to 100 percent.

There's great advice in this thread and I want to add mine as I had a similar situation recently. First, consider what you define as LTR. Also consider the relationship she has with the 'leader' of the group and why does this leader hate you? Does your girl show hesitancy about going?

Read on if you care to have the relationship continue and if your girl shows hesitancy, if not then don't read.

You need to care about yourself first. IF you care about your relationship then she needs to know, in no uncertain terms, that her going to Spring Break without you is creating a unfixable situation and that you won't put up with it. She needs to step back and see whether this 'leader/friend' has her best interests in mind. Most likely no. Girls are perceived as more attractive in groups, they know this. This 'leader' most likely wants to feel powerful and that she has control over her girls. In the long run, this 'leader' doesn't give a shit about your girl's happiness and will most likely not be in contact with her past college.

Tell her this: I've planned something else for us. We're going on a road trip to see x,y, and z and we're going to do a,b, and c.

Camping, hiking, national forest, kayaking, just go somewhere fun, different, and exciting.

If she insists on PCB then she's made the choice. Your response can be as simple as "In that case I need you to get your shit out of my place." If she loooooves you she'll backpedal and not go and it'll be good for both of you.

My recent similar thing: One of my wife's friends is getting married. She's a trophy wife type getting married to a doctor friend. She's bubbly, flirty, and outgoing. She's also got a lot of ego. Her bachelorette party is in another country, a fucking plane flight away for several days. It didn't take much from me for my wife to see how bad that would go. I simply said "is that a good precedent to set?" Wife didn't go and was happy not to. Her friend was recently tagged in one of the bachelorette party photos wearing a shirt that says "single until...(date)" What kind of message does that send? Guaranteed her and her friends are getting railed by the locals.

TL;DR if you care, make her say how things could go bad, if she doesn't let her know you two are over. If she agrees take her on your own fun little spring break together. You don't need that drama.

Never LTR a party girl; the sooner you realize this the better you will be in the long term.

Before she goes just tell her that you want to take a break; she is going to make out with a guy at the very least so you might as well keep your dignity and turn her into a plate when she gets back.

Think about this; I'm going to spring break this week too and I will probably hook up with a girl who has a boyfriend; do you want to be that guy or are you a man with self-respect?

As someone who went to spring break in PCB about a week ago, it was honestly one of the most awesome and craziest experiences I've ever had as a single guy. It was relatively easy to bring girls back to the room and girls will go a long way for beads. The word boyfriend simply doesn't exist with girls on vacation. One of my friends who's gay stayed with a group of 5 girls. Not only did the 3 singles girls hookup with guys, but the 2 girls in relationships also brought guys back. Don't listen to what your woman said because your girlfriend's actions speak for themselves. Remember what Rollo said, "The medium is the message."

Your instincts are correct, in the social situation you describe she will be under enormous pressure.

1) The leader doesn't like you, so will be a voice of "just do it".

2) The other girls who are "having fun" will pressure her to partake, as it gives their actions validation.

3) Alcohol

4) Environment, expectations, norms are all hook up focused at spring break.

Basically the only way she isn't going to cheat on you is if she willfully seperates herself from the herd, and then gets shit on for it as this will cast a mirror on others behavior.

1) Stay frosty - Plan a getaway for you two.

2) Tell her you see no reason for her to go without you.

3) If she still goes, let her go, and end it.

If she doesn't want to go somewhere with you instead, then that gives you a lot of things to think about and action because your relationship is not LTR material then.
