First of all, if she has the need to keep in touch with her exes, that's a big red flag and disrespectful trait. She knows that this is wrong, and she does it anyway so, make your conclusions.

I understand that having exes is part of the past of a person, and i'm cool with that. But, bringing that past to the present of your relationship is a hard next issue.

Second, the moment you tell her not to text her ex (telling him "we can't see each other anymore yada yada") you lost your frame to your LTR in a nuclear way. There's no coming back after that. My stomach turned reading this. It feels the worst when you can see what will happen, but it hasn’t happened yet. If you think ahead, people will say you’re overreacting/lack frame. If you don’t, you’ll end up slowly being tickle truth cucked.

If you’re in a relationship, LDR or not, she should miss you instead of seeking closer, more convenient replacements. Whether it’s for validation, social interactions or sex, she should look for YOU.

The fact that she’s doing everything opposite, even seeking old dick for comfort/excitement instead of you, means she doesn’t feel she can get those from you. Meaning she isn’t attracted.
