Hey all, Long time lurker first time poster.

Hopefully you can give me some advice. Married 7 years, 2 kids and would consider myself reasonably Alpha. She was a solid 9 when we met (I was 22 she was 25) but our SMV's have followed Rollo's graphs. Since kids (6 years ago) sex has been 1-2 times a month and we have had the conversation numerous times. I used to get depressed about it but after reading MMSLP and the Rational Males (numerous times) over the past year now I get depressed about another thing (The fact that the MAP doesn't seem to be working).

One big thing of note is that I go away for a week for work and then have a week off so she has to be the alpha of the house when I am away. When I get home she's exhausted from the kids so asks if I could take some of the load which is only fair I think. I have tried to own it i.e I do the dishes and some laundry (always mine first) when I see it needing to be done and not waiting to be asked, but I feel that it is framed as "Captain can have some R&R now that the first officer is home and can steer the ship for a bit"

I have a good job and bring in plenty of money, I'm not ugly and have been lifting since before I met her. I would consider myself a rank above her but after an argument 6 months ago when I fell into her frame I mentioned the issue with sex to which she responded, "Sort yourself out". I honestly feel like she is just not interested in it anymore, I know that screams of "she's not interested in you anymore" which if I'm honest I would be fine with I just don't want to spend the next 10 years finding that out.

I love my wife and my I love my kids (in that order) which is another issue, I feel it's definitely not the same order for her. I don't want to leave her but by the same token I'm not afraid to leave if I have to.

I know the AF vs BB theory works so obviously I'm not as Alpha as I think I am? I want to get it all out on the table (i.e if you're not interested just let me know so that we can both move on) but then that would be handing back the frame to her?

Can I stress that for over the past 12 months I have not given a s&#t about sex, I have worked on myself but at some point you have to remember that the whole point of the red pill mentality (especially in LTR's) is to get more sex so at some point you can't run from the fact that all this "not caring about sex" is because really you do.
