What's up guys, have something I want to get off my chest.

I have many friends but there's a select group of guys I hang out with the most..about 3-4 other guys. Something I'm starting to notice is whenever we're all together I'm constantly being ridiculed and the center of discussion. For example we'll be drinking and I'll stop at a couple beers because I hate alcohol and they'll keep going but then I get called a little bitch etc..now I understand shit talking is normal among bros but it's taken to another level. Whenever I say something they'll basically shoot it down and try to one up me on EVERYTHING.

Over the years I've worked my ass off to get to the point where I'm at now, I've changed jobs 3-4 times to triple my salary. I'm a firm believer in the saying you have control of how your life is, I work very hard to increase my quality of life. Now I do not brag about my money or try to show off around them, in fact I don't even talk about anything that has to do with money or girls cause they think I'm just bragging. I'm 21 and the rest of them are between the ages 19 and 21. Recently I've been extremely lucky with an eCommerce site I developed and been able to sell it for around 50k. I did not tell anyone this but I did purchase a new lease for a 2014 Mercedes and all of them actually resented it. But whenever I hang out with them individually the attitude is completely different.

Now I know the response to this is cut them out of my life and find a new group of people to associate with but it really kills me to do this cause I really try to help them out individually. For one of them I convinced to get back into community college and helped him register and pick the correct classes according to their major/goal.
