Hello gentlemen I'm going to try and keep this rather short. About 2 months ago I started casually fucking this girl and for a time it was rather fun and simple...or so I thought. I believe she started to catch feelings and so did I. But one day after a night of her being a drunken ass she randomly stopped responding to my texts this was over a month ago. It was annoying due to her lack of any explanation, but truth be told I'm rather busy with work and my other passions so I tried to just shrug it off with radio silence..Fast forward to last night at the bar I get drunk and text her a simple hey to which she quickly replies and after some light texting she sends me a friggin essay saying that she's sorry for never having responded and "let's be honest we weren't going anywhere and we're just wasting each others time but I don't want it to be weird between us since we share some friends". My spider senses tell me that she is full of shit and that my inexperienced eyes are simply failing to see the subtext in what she's saying...has anyone come across this line before and if so wtf is she trying to do/say?

P.S I have not responded because I was waiting to sober up before letting the alcohol fight my battles for me
