No, still a pretty typical RP post. This has been addressed here before.

That being said, go see a doctor. Get your bloodwork done. Low libido could be anything from low T to an inbalance in nutrients to a sign of a serious illness.

Besides that, I found lifting heavy to really increase my libido. I think it could have something to do with increases in hormone production, but I know I get sluggish and lethargic if I miss a week from illness / injury / whatever.

How active are you? I've never had to worry about a low libido but since I've started to hit the gym 3 to 5 times a week it's off the charts. Might be worth trying out.

Could easily be Low T, make an appointment with an Endo. Do you lift?

Also... low libido sounds like a superpower lol, like pussy doesn't mean that much to you, cant be controlled by it.

Maybe you're overdoing the healthy eating, lots of guys misunderstand what a balanced diet is and they basically nuke all fats from their meals.

fat = hormone fuel, no fats no T, specifically cholesterol.

Red meat and whole eggs, at least 4 meals a week, also fish oil supplement won't hurt, and olive oil in salads instead of regular oil.

An ongoing myth in the armed forces is that they're always putting something in the food during basic training. During my time in my DI was quoted as saying: "You're going through one of the most stressful things you've ever experienced. Of course you can't get it up. I eat the exact same food as you do...if there was anything in there that stopped me from fucking my wife 4 times a week one or more of you worthless pieces of shit would already be dead."

If going on vacation and getting a little exercise had a positive effect then check your stress levels, something is fucking with your head.
