It’s an embarrassing subject for me, especially considering I’ve had multiple partners and not once has it not been mentioned.

I have premature ejaculation. I’ve always struggled with it, even when using SSRI’s like fluoxetine as per my prescription, which supposedly is able to help. I’ve also used numbing cream and over the counter pills which have not helped.

I live a generally healthy lifestyle, but I’m on the thin side. I’m young and I have a very active digestive system and high metabolism. So I feel it’s safe to assume that there’s no limits on my physical health or ability to perform.

Yet, I still feel pressure and anxiety when sleeping with a woman to perform well, and it causes me to crack under pressure. The issue of hindsight also keeps me thinking about wanting to perform well in bed. I can’t not think about the fact that I have premature ejaculation. And I always end up finishing in a minute or often less. It’s embarrassing and shameful. It makes me feel like less of a man and more like a little bitch who can’t handle a woman.

It’s gotten to the point where I’m starting to get afraid to approach new females because I know that I’ll end up disappointing them in the bedroom. And I don’t know how to stop myself from digging this grave for my masculinity.

What is it that I need to do to turn myself back around and be the man I should be?
