Basically women are wired to retain the hamster/rationalization/lie that shit just happens to them, so they don't have to accept any responsibility or accountability for their role or life.

Give her an excuse to come back to your place. Can be literally anything. You both know you’re going back there probably to have sex, but she needs to be able to tell herself it’s for another reason.

“Oh I’m not a slut, we were just going back to listen to music and then I don’t know what happened. Things just kinda escalated.”

But be careful, there are some good opportunities for her to say you took advantage of her situation, which makes her feel like you raped her.

Not saying this will be with most girls, but some PD tactics give her a good story to begin with.

If you can tie it into something you were talking about on the date that's a bonus. E.g. one date I was on she was talking about some jigsaw puzzle she was trying to solve so near the end of the date I told her hey let's go back to your place and try and solve that jigsaw. Successful lay.

Never be direct, especially when you haven't had sex with her yet.

Always imply, never say you will have sex. Use other words if you must. A lot of it depends on her attitude too so you must be able to calibrate.
