First off, your behavior reaks of insecurity. Fix that, because it's gonna keep getting you into these situations whether with her or your next girlfriend. From what you described, it doesn't sound like she broke up with you, but she should have. Your insecurity is pushing her away and honestly you probably aren't going to hang onto this relationship much longer. If I were you, I'd act as if your relationship is over. Don't go date other people right away, you need to work on yourself and your insecurity first. Switch into monk mode before she gets back. When she gets back, your goal is to genuinely not give a fuck about whether or not she wants to be with you. If she does want to be with you, this is alpha behavior and she'll desperately try to get you to care. If she doesn't want to be with you (more likely) you're sparing yourself a lot of the pain and getting a head start on moving on. Either way, you're working on yourself which is what you really need to do right now. Stop counting on women to make you feel secure. That's beta as fuck.

None of us can read your gf's mind, so there's no way to know for certain what she intends. I can say for certain that if she hasn't decided yet, getting paranoid about her fabricating a reason to break up with you before her trip will not do much to increase her attraction to you. You already said you were the one that was initially at fault.

It takes two to tango. Take responsibility for whatever shit you did, hold frame, and don't come at her pointing fingers. Even if she does want to break up with you - so what? That's her choice. It doesn't really matter what the reason is. Learn from it, better yourself, and find someone else. Abundance mentality, man.
