I actually saw some tests that asked women about men's physique but won't find it now. If you had to choose being fat or skinny, it's better to be skinny. Being fat is the worst. Being skinny 1 point over. So nothing spectacular either. I'd say don't bother and strive for self satisfaction.

I used to be big but still lean at 11%bf, now I’m a few pounds smaller but at 9%bf and I get more women now

There’s more chicks that prefer average sized dudes than chicks who like swole ones

If it comes to attracting women i think bigger body is better.

Im 6'3 and i went from skinny but muscular (bruce lee style) to a body type similar to a heavy weight boxer.(220 lbs 100kg)

In my opinion women prefer the bigger type. They want to touch you and in bed they feel your wide back and arms.

I dont say its the most important thing. If you are confident you can easily get the same women. Its just easier to approach them in my opinion.

Go for the one where you feel the most confident. If your confidence skyrockets with lower bf% (true for me), this will have a big effect on your life. Being confident is what opens every door, and if not, you smash it in with your foot.

Obviously, lean and strong is best.

I think muscular, but chunky (basically me) is better than lean and weak. I have had far more girls now touching and complimenting my muscles than I ever did when I was younger and lean.

It does seem that guys who are taller and naturally bigger do better with muscular even if chunky where as smaller guys do better with lean even if small.

So, if you’re 6’2 with broad shoulders, you’ll get more mileage being big. If you’re 5’6, focus more on lean.

Of course, no reason not to do both.

No one js givjng you a straight answer. Lean and undersize 100%. Facial aesthetics trumps almost everything.

But i agree with everyone else, dont do it for the girls, its not a good mindset. Also dont get too lean if youre natural, anything below 10% and your hormones will start to take a hit. Go for 10-12%

I say chunk out. You will lean out eventually but you will maintain your strength which will make women feel safe around you.

Some chicks dig scrawny ripped dudes, but I've just moved up 35 lbs and will say I personally feel more attractive than every rough cut little board I see.

I've had a few women in my life, bigger fuller chicks with the big tits and asses tell me I was small. I didn't even understand what they meant till about 6 months ago.
