All women are looking to lock down a man in some form of fashion.

Single moms want you to satisfy their need for the cock they once enjoyed and get you to help pay the bills and eventually babysit their kids. In my experience, the majority of them are vacuous, sucking holes of needs that will drain you dry.

They'll fuck you extremely quickly. They will have little to no shame asking for favors or provider esque stuff. They will make a big point out of telling you that her little guy is and always will be number 1 in her life. She will have weird rules that you don't care about or need in your life. She will likely be damaged to some degree.

I'd try hard not to get into a LTR with one. It's possible it could be a good LTR, but it's even more likely that it won't be.

Great for dates though. Be extremely up front. She only has a few nights without her kid and she really needs you to fuck her on those nights. Be clear that you aren't a LTR if that's your desire.

She's exhausted so her hamster might be slightly weaker. But I guarantee her selective reality and justifications are even stronger than the single, childless women you've run into.

Single moms make excellent dating material / plates.

They don't have time for you, they are busy trying to raise their offspring. So you get extremely "efficient" time usage-- When they plop the kid with a babysitter or their Mom, they give you 110% for those well-defined days and times, are very DTF, and don't pester you much outside that.

Everyone else here seems to think they are even more gold-digging than childless women, trying to slide you into daddy position subtly.

This is so not my experience. Quite the contrary-- they've made some decisions in life and they're making the best of them... they have unanimously, in my experience, managed to find a balance of mother-duty / still-trying-to-have-fun...

They don't want new-dude getting close to their kid, out of fear of stability in the kid's mind... They don't want new dude for marriage, coz that screws up the daddy-bucks they are getting from the kid's actual father.

They have seen/experienced more and tend to be a little more mature.

I'm talking from experience here, and I'm genuinely surprised to hear so many opposing views, and it makes me wonder if there might be a stereotype single-mom-who's-bad-to-date/plate that people have just internalized and spew out without really having been there....

Just threat them like a regular plate. If she pushes for commitment, just say you are not looking for anything serious in the moment, and she is free to accept it as it is or leave. But your game needs to be tight, or she may break into your frame.

Pump & Dump material only. Always wear a rubber. Too much drama, baggage and issues involved that you won't find with childless women. Most single moms I've been involved with are unstable alpha widows with a long list of red flags.
