The best men are able to lead and follow when necessary. Don’t try to be an alpha all the time. Some men will succeed and be more alpha in certain aspects of life than others. Just be prepared to lead whenever it’s your turn. Learn from those guys.

There's nothing wrong about it. Some people are born with it, and have cultivated it to a high level. Following such people can only help you become better. Why not learn from it, instead?

If there is a leader, you work with the leader, if you are gaming women, talk to whoever you want and don't worry about who's got a man or not, just be friendly and interactive.

Being a bitch around men that are more alpha, those are your fucking peers my dude, if they talk down to you or treat you like a bitch, they aren't alphas IMO, they are current and future cunts.

If you are worried about looking, feeling, or being like a little bitch around high status men, then you almost certainly are a little bitch in those situations. A marker of secure, high status men is a relaxed attitude and worrying about this kind of shit is not helping you tick that checkmark off. Relax, have fun, enjoy, and most of all learn. These guys are better than you in all the ways you care about. Learn and stop viewing it as an alpha/beta struggle.

Dont worry about trying to be a domineering shit head. No one will like you and especially not the people you should be building relationships with. Also you will fail at this because either a better man than you or a cop will put you in your place.

Like /u/jamesp2018 said, it's a scale. There's not really a black-and-white in life, let alone in interactions between ppl. Also another very true fact of life in terms of leadership is how you either have "it" or it's a long, treacherous uphill climb that doesnt last long.

My 2 cents/preference is be #2. Nothing is attached to you, but if you make it obvious you're only following the top's lead, you can easily/quickly get to the point of influencing whatever decision you want. They take it as a sign of respect/loyalty, and consider your opinion over others in attempt to secure/reward followers to solidify their leadership. Ppl actually pick up on what's happening very quickly, tho.

In a very short time, others come to you to get whatever message considered to top dog. This can take literally only hours. I find that listening (and filtering) what will even be an option for a decision is being more in control than actually deciding. That's not even accounting the actual influence you can have on the choice.

Once again, just my opinion, but it has consistently worked for me in both career and social scenarios.

Its dependent on what you want tho. Do you need it to look like it's all your choices and everyone follows you bc you're so great? Or do you want to actually make the decisions on the things you care about, and are alright with ppl having to be around just a bit to realize who's actually guiding things?

Leaders don't need to proclaim they're the boss, everyone else just knows. Titles (given or claimed) don't mean shit.

Don't stress over whichever you want, though. That is as obvious that something is wrong as 8 cop cars with lights on sitting in the middle of the road.
