(Texting is for logistics only. I know about that.)

So there's this chick who I want to fuck and I've heard that she thinks I'm "cute". Hit her up on IG and texted a little bit (just a quick talk, made a couple jokes, told her we'll go out soon). Texted her on tuesday and told her that we'll go out on friday.

I didn't text her at all until friday:

Me: be ready at 8 Her: oh sorry I forgot to cancel our date, a close relative of mine is celebrating his birthday, sorry. I can even send you evidence if you don't believe me [..] I might have some time after that though. Me: sure, when would that be? Her: Uhm I don't know [..] This is what happens when you don't text me (because I didn't text her from tuesday to friday) Me: girl why should we text when we could just meet up Her: Yeaah I know but now I feel bad. Completely forgot about it Me: You should. Aight let's just do this at another time Her: Shame on me

I guess I shouldn't plan dates 3-4 days in advance. My mistake there. I expected her to flake anyway.

Yesterday I texted her again.

Me: hey Her: hey Me: How you been Her: fine, you? Me: yeah fine aswell. We're going for a drink tomorrow evening Her: Where to? I can't tomorrow. I have to get my nails done at 6. Me: okay Her: Hmm

Left her on read there. I mean if she really wanted to go out with me she'd try to rearrange a new date, right? On the other hand though we never met irl (we saw each other for a short moment like a year ago; didn't talk though). So I can understand if she doesn't care that much. Also what the fuck does "hmm" mean? Did she expect me to suggest another day?

Am I doing something wrong? I try to keep it simple and short but maybe that's too short and direct?

I hate setting up dates. I know for sure that she'll enjoy the date. I'm 100% sure I'll make her laugh. And I'm 100% sure I'll fuck her like no one did before. She's missing out. Poor girl.
