Time to call it quits?

I've known this girl since early January. Been on about 6 or 7 dates.

We usually hang out just about every week. She has shown signs of high interest prior(always willing to make dates, never busy, touching during convos, laughing at all my lame jokes,always smiling,etc).

Thus far, she has not responded well when I try to escalate. Every time I "make my move" she just turns weird and the whole interaction becomes awkward. She told me she was "not ready yet". She NEVER initiates contact but is usually receptive when I do(responds fast, ask questions,etc).

Several red flags

1.Have not had sex(see above)

1. Left on "read" several times prior, but when I initiate again, she acts like it never happened.

More recently, with the whole pandemic going on, we have not hung out in over a month. We both were sick in early March, but symptom free for over 3 weeks now. I've asked her to hang out, and she says she does not want to interact with anyone. Had several texts convos since, with the last one fizzling out(me sending the last message). I've since just decided to go no-contact, and its been complete radio silence.

What do you guys think? Time to call it quits, or give her a chance?
