Let this be a lesson to you. I've done this shit for four decades. Monogamous relationships suck. As a man with options, you will always feel like you've settled. I'm just being honest.

A girl will chew up your time, energy and resources. And they will bitch that you aren't doing enough. As soon as you give committment you lose power. Very few women are worth the investment. You have to vet with very strict and unwavering standards.

When you're in a ltr you have to run that shit hard. You have to be decisive, forthcoming and brutally honest. Your ltr needs to know that you are there by choice, not obligation. And even if you are committed, you can revoke her title and your commitment if she isn't living up to your standards or acting right.

Most guys get lazy and pussy out in an LTR. If she's not making you happy or doing right by you, you have to make it loud and clear that she isn't meeting your expectations.

You don't sound happy with your decision bro. That means time to let this one go and find some other arrangement that suits you better. This one isn't it.

I tell plates that I have no interest in dating monogamously here because I will just cheat.

If I do decide to raise a family, I'm going rural homestead and just buy a holiday house in the cities (probably still cheat from time to time aha)

You could go down the God/church path too, I don't think it is that bad, it has it's pro's and con's.

Maybe you should’ve tried telling the truth. FWB works even if a LTR doesn’t, but the fact that you lied instead of being above board doesn’t negate your behavior and causes other people (her) unnecessary pain.
