Using hands for expression and gesturing, how much is too much?

I've always been expressive with my hands. Often I'll hold out both hands, palm upwards, out to the sides, when I saw stuff like "Know what I mean?"

I want your opinion on if using your hands when talking too much can affect how women perceive you, and if so, how?
