We all talk about looking good. How about some tips for smelling good?

Don't skimp on shampoo and conditioner. I use tresemé and it has helped my hair look and feel better than cheap shampoo.

As for body wash i think it's more of a preference of smell but the smell goes away very quickly. If you have drier skin get moisturizing body wash.

For the good smelly nights out a nice bottle of cologne goes a long way.

Deodorant is s preference too. I use old spice original. Don't like powders or anti per sprints or gels. But pick what works best for you.

Hair products like gels and waxs I get without perfumes or smells so I don't have too much smell mixing.

Lotion will help with dry skin but get perfume free for the same reason as above. Just pick your preference but try to avoid the greasy ones. Vaseline makes some good lotions.

Soap- doesn't matter because the deodorant covers up most soap smell. Old spice body wash is a fine smell.

Deodorant- something fresh, crisp and light. Stay away from old man smells. Old spice pure sport is a classic and gets the job done.

Cologne- here's where the rubber meets the road.

Sean John Unforgivable - excellent cologne. Lemony, fresh, light, but distinct and complex.

Sean John I Am King - another one of my personal favorites. A bit more sweet but not sickening. It has a slightly warmer scent.

Prada- last time I was at Macy's I wanted to buy this one but I don't remember if it was the black or silver. Smell them both and decide which you prefer.

Hollister SoCal is another great one. Smells kind of like the store and girls "loooove" hollister.

Beyond that just go and smell stuff at stores.

I went to the barber shop the other day and they put on an aftershave. God damn did I smell good for the rest of the day. I was constantly remarking 'Damn, I smell good'. Combined with a nice cut, my confidence was through the roof.

For cologne in my experience stick to one scent. It becomes your signature scent. I have lost count the amount of times ex plates have text me saying that they smelt the brand of cologne i wear and that it reminded them of me. One of my ex's even brought her new bf the brand that i wore

The only perfume I use is blue touch which smells "heavenly" according to girls.

People really under estimate how a clean diet can keep you smelling neutral.

I don't drink, don't eat gluten. Meats veggies and fruits only. Even my worst BO after a heavy Back and Bi + stairmaster workout isn't even that bad.

Also, take a shower.

Shampoo and conditioner and body wash don't matter all that much in terms of smell. Just get one you like.

For colognes buy a good one. You'll get way more mileage out of a good one you get at Nordstroms than a shitty one from target. Start with a light scent. The two light ones I have are Eau Fraiche from Versace and Light Blue from D&G
