I'll keep this brief and straightforward.

Why am I not getting girls? (Not related to C-19; this was an issue before then).

Some stats about me:

- 25 yo, 5'10, 13% bf (still working on this), graduated from an elite university, £100K/year salary, substantial savings, moving into my own place in a few weeks, solid group of high-flying friends, exercise regularly and have many hobbies, working on a side-hustle that I hope to turn into a business within the next 12-18 months, constantly self-improving (of course I have down days too, but again, I'm working on this).

The problem:

- However, I don't have plates or a girlfriend. I recently downloaded some dating apps and get several matches daily already, so maybe that will soon change.

- I am not sure why, but I seem to be bad at talking to/ interacting with women — I either don't excite them enough, end up getting friend-zoned or perceived as "husband material" (the situation is so bad someone once said to me, "you're my long-term prospect"), or just don't click with them on a sexual level. I don't exude sexual energy. I have never done cold approach either.

- Even with the dating apps, I'm not sure how to talk to girls differently to the way I might talk to my guy friends — if I do, it doesn't typically excite them. It's not "fun" conversation per se. My friends and I talk about business/ investing, exercise (weightlifting in particular), life goals, new ideas, philosophy, etc... not exactly panty-dropping subjects. Recently I have started copying and pasting Tinder pickup lines I came across here on Reddit because I simply cannot be bothered to expend too much mental energy on the chase.

- I am not particularly interested in playing bullshit games and I find the whole pussy-chasing process exhausting and a waste of time. I'd rather be reading, training, working on my business, or spending time with my friends. I see the value of those things. Yet I also want to get laid regularly, as everyone does. Yet that involves the bullshit time-wasting stuff.

- How do I change this? On paper, I am above-average in value, right? At least compared to most guys my age. Yet my reality is typical of an 80% guy.

Additional context:

- I didn't grow up with a dad and come from a single-parent household. I didn't have any positive male role models around me when I was growing up. You probably guessed that. I am aware of how much of a drawback that is – and likely always will be – but I actively educate myself on a daily basis on topics that I think a father would have taught me. I want to fight that curse.

- The only serious girlfriend I have ever had cheated on me (with at least 12 guys) after 6 years together and left me for other experiences. No real surprise there now I look back at the situation. That's how I discovered TRP and so on. That's also how I pieced everything together and came to terms with the reality of her infidelity. Honestly, the whole experience was pretty traumatic and I still feel what I can only describe as PTSD 5 years later. That's not helped by the fact I have only hooked up with 4 girls since. I doubt I'll ever get over the experience and I don't see a world in which I can have healthy relationships with girls again.

- Although I discovered TRP in 2016/7 and it's been hugely transformative since implementing a lot of its teachings in my life (thanks to you guys for the education) and opening my eyes to reality, there is still a lot of blue pill baggage in my life as you can tell. I have a longstanding oneitis toxic crush on my colleague. I am generally non-confrontational. I default to being a nice person. I am quite introverted. Etc. I am not sure how to change that; it feels "unnatural" (again, I know this is BP conditioning) to be Chad-like. But I want ... well, I need, to change that.

How do I change?
