What does a top 20% man look like (physically)?

In tribal Africa, what constitutes a top 20% male is different than a top 20% male on a college campus. Female preference is largely influenced by culture and branding is what I'm saying.

In Florida and California, what's considered a top 20% male will largely be centered around beach culture. Fit surfer dudes, skimboarders, guys with boats are the top 20%.

In Colorado, the top 20% dude is the lumbersexual, mountain climbing, trust fund-having undercut motherfucker.

In other parts of colorado, he's the slender drug-dealer with a chest full of tattoos and ear gauges.

In NY, it's the power hungry stock broker with the apartment overlooking central park.

There is no denying that women largely prefer big muscles. Do not think that they dont, but also don't fall into the trap of believing there is one standard for "Chad".

That's a difficult one. I'm guessing you want to compare yourself... But remember, it's not some magic threshold you hit and suddenly do well with women. It's a spectrum.

Top 20%ish traits:

Probably around 6' puts you in the top 20% height wise. For white upper middle class guys (my comparison group) it might be more like 6'2", for Asians or Hispanic guys more like 5'10".
A BMI between 23-26 (bullseye is 25) would be around top 20% (so for a 6' guy, between 170 and 190 lbs)
Facial attractiveness is more subjective but just a decent looking guy, doesn't have to be too special but think a TV commercial actor
Bodyfat of say 15% would probably be better than around 80% of guys
Full head of hair with a haircut every 8 weeks or so

I.E. besides height, all of this is achievable. Get to work.

Am I the only one who doesn't think the top 20% is anything to strive for? Shit, I'm 6', 175lbs, wear clothes that fit, make less than six figures, and I'm already in the top 20%.

Tall, white, muscular, well dressed, full head of hair. "Well-dressed" is defined socially and "tall" is relative, defined by local norms.
