Sunday - Brunch with a girl (girls love brunch). Clean the apartment and prepare for the week, grocery store and laundry. No workout

Monday - Work, Gym after work. Date with Girl 1

Tuesday - Work, Abs @ home. Date with Girl 2

Wednesday - Work, Gym after work. Men's Sand volleyball league

Thursday - Work, Abs @ home. Date with Girl 3

Friday - Work 1/2 day, Gym after work. Clean my apartment. Meetup while out with Girl 1/2/3 or find girl 4/5/6 Saturday - Sleep in, Abs @ home. Usually some plans with friends (pool, volleyball, rock climbing, birthday parties). Text for logistics to see if girl 1/2/3/4/x is doing anything that sounds interesting.

I'm a dentist so typically my work schedule is fairly light (full time is 34 hours for dentistry), plenty of time to get to gym, set up dates, impress girls with my knowledge of bicuspids, etc etc.

Today I lost an old plate and got a new one.

I put up one continuation of a personal favorite group of posts and one very personal one. No one liked that one. I don't mind.

Sunday: Biceps/Ab Workout, Make meals for the week (morning), Guitar for ~6 hours, various errands. Sleep. See my son.

Actually I run + street workout in the woods Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri, Sat.

I try to fill my free times with parkour with friends, some contact sport Thai boxing, looking for/Watching anything with a strong independent male model that motivate me, actually oliver queen even if he is a pussy he makes me think about TRP a lot.

I read about fitness cooking and RP material ( Pook is a genius ). I started watching stand up this week to avoid laughing for shit

Tue - Idem Mon

Wed - Idem Mon, no gym, possible date night.

Thu - Idem Mon, possible date night.

Fry - Idem Mon, night out (clubs)

Sat - Wake up whenever, optional gym day, possible daytime date or whatever hobby I feel like doing, bars at night, possibly clubs.

Sun - Wake up whenever, cleaning/chores day, family time, dog time.

I'm in South East Asia right now so I work from monday to friday and practice martial art 3 times a week and rest 2 nights a week and go out on adventures on the weekend.

Right now:

Killing trees. Pulling stumps. Leveling ground. Chipping branches. Making beams from the larger trunks. Leveling the road and packing down gravel. Reading reddit while my meat cooks over a campfire. Back to work. Get laid when the opportunity arises, I'm too busy to spend much time fucking around with bitches. Head to the gym, lift with what didn't get worked today, shower and go home to sleep. Lifting is to keep what I have, and not get out of shape again.

When I have a shop and home to live in:

Planning car builds, collecting parts, welding, sanding, sand/bead blasting, building engines, transmissions, carburetors, painting, bumping dents, tuning, distilling ethanol fuel, ripping off long smoky burnouts, scaring myself with my new builds over 650hp/tq, road trips to get more cars to build or parts, and picking up girls in my loud, obnoxious, throbbing, ground shaking muscle cars or trucks...Then fucking them in the back or at her place... Sometimes my place.

Vehicles and important stuff first, girls later when shit is done, or when they call and want some.

Work out and work M-F. Saturday I usually play golf or do something with my crew. We like to get lots of people together and cook out and shit.

Basically, other than that I do whatever the fuck I want. If I want to smash after work on Tuesday, I find someone to smash. If I want to go downtown on Saturday night, that's what I do. If I want to go to Atlanta for the weekend, there isn't anyone stopping me.

As far as hobbies go, I like baseball, play dodge/kick ball, go to local sporting events, travel, ride mountain bikes, hike, play video games, watch movies, play pool, and tons of other cool shit. It doesn't really matter what you're doing, just make sure you're doing something that isn't sitting around by yourself all the time.

Tuesday, work all day, attend night classes in the evening, go to the gym at night.

Wednesday, work all day,attend night classes in the evening, go to the gym at night.

Thursday, work all day, attend night classes in the evening, go to the gym at night.

Friday, work all day, Eat out somewhere, go to the gym at night.

Saturday, lounge around in the morning. Maybe go see a movie. Work on my side projects and homework that I still have. Go to the gym at night.

Sunday, pretty much the same as Saturday, except I typically don't go out except for the gym.

During down times while working, I play World of Warships and read. When I have other free-time I try to occupy it with something that involves other humans (read women)...

Sat-Thurs: train, read, meditate. Intervene in company affairs as necessary. Friday is R&R: sauna, massage, ART when necessary. Friend owns a nightclub, I go out only for occasions. Books, iron & training are more satisfying.

Fill in the gaps with clients when I feel like it ...it's good to work with people rather than alone. Sometimes.

Saturday- Gym, Coaching, shooting range, visit family friends, dogs to park, date/friends come over

Sunday- basketball, grocery shop, meal prep, hike/swim, watch TV, shit I wanna do

Edit- This is heavily dependent on time of year or even what week it is. For instance during the school year I only volunteer Tue&Thu and only work MWF.
