Your world is your world and you are you. If you approach a chick and she rejects you, your world hasn’t changed and neither have you. You didn’t become more handsome or more ugly after the rejection. Everything is literally the same. A long time ago I used to be afraid to approach chicks because if they rejected me, I’d think “oh no! does this mean i’m not good enough or I’m ugly?!”. When I realised that whatever I was before the approach will be the same I’ll be after it, it unlocked something in my mind.
Rejections are nothing to be afraid of. If a girls says no, nothing happens. It’s not embarrasing. Learning to not give a fuck about rejections unlocked something in my mind. I just DGAF and just pull.
I used to be uncomfortable with being dominant as I kind of saw it as aggressive and evil. I’m a kind person in life. Dictating rules and being dominant always felt uncomfortable. When I realised that it’s actually fine and that chicks actually want that subconsciously, it changed me. Now, when it comes to women, I keep a mindset of - It’s better to err on the side of too aggressive and too cocky, than too respecting and too nice.
Women are additions to your life, nothing more, nothing less. I used to be a romantic, but that part of me is now dead. My goals, my mission and myself come first and it’s only then that she comes (assuming it was a wife, not just random plate).

Either I'm going to be in the moment and give them my full attention when approaching/gaming/fucking or hanging out with them or I am going to keep them out of my mind (completely out of thoughts/focused on something else). Makes things less complicated and lets you better control your emotional investment.

Basically after you fuck a chick and leave her, she doesn't exist until you see her again (texting 90% logistics). Or after you see a hot chick, either approach or not, but don't let yourself invest any thought for no reason.

You can only fuck things up when you're saying something.

She's not your therapist, less is more when talking to a woman because she can imagine whatever she wants to imagine about you. Just let them do the talking and ask deeper: 'How did you feel when x happened?", "What made you decide to become a nurse?", ...

Especially when texting, don't answer every five minutes. One or two messages a day is plenty enough to not let the relationship fade away when you're not seeing each other during the working week. Being unavailable is extremely attractive.
