do what excites you, drives you. find that. excel at that. do not make women your mission. they are an accompaniment to you if you desire it.

if you have it backwards, and make them the goal then when you're down/bored, or rejected, you feel hollow. no, your mission is your focus, they are just part of the scenery and reward if you chose to partake.

dont do anything because you feel like oyu have to. If you dont want to talk to them dont. spend that time on the things you want. they will probably come looking for you then you can be as selective as you want

Good thing is, that's the easiest thing to get good at, providing you have still been improving yourself. You don't have to chase women every year, but you always need to be lifting/building a career/etc. Women tend to come after the results. Since you are only 19, I'll say you probably don't have the results from investing in yourself right now. Makes sense to see women as not worth it, you're competing vs men that are better than you.

19 is peak for women, but far from men's peak. You're just outclassed, but if you keep working, that wont' be the case for long.

Have you actually been approaching and talking to women or have you just been thinking about it and all the ways it sucks? A good approach should be like a good conversation. You've never had a pleasant chat with a stranger before? Do you not like talking to people? Maybe since you're still a teenager. When you get a bit older you'll start to realize having a good conversation can be a lot of fun but to be fair girls your age tend to be vacuous.
