Check groupon for a local tooth whitening done by a dentist. I got a $500 treatment for $150 and it was amazing.

Strawberries and baking soda. Mash it up into a paste brush for five minutes, repeat until your desired shade of white.

I got the laser light treatment some years ago. Cost like 500. Works well but you probably need more than one treatment for them Regis Philbins. Hydrogen peroxide/baking soda mix works well too but it's gon burn the shit out your gums. Works tho.

Rembrandt brilliant whitening system.
It's like $20. It's sold at every walgreens, cvs, or drug store. 4 X 20 minute treatments and you get noticeably whiter teeth.
Works wonders.

Hey OP. I spent a while trying to find a solution to this. I found Coconut Oil for pulling is the business. It's gross, and you have to keep it warm or heat it up before use, but by god it is natural, cheap, and very effective.

On top of that, brush twice a day, floss at least once, and if possibly use natural products (Marvis toothpaste is a great option). Use an electric brush too, Oral B or Sonicare have plenty of options.

All of this takes time. If you can't be patient, off-white teeth are the least of your problems. Goodluck!

Strips weaken your teeth. Like most things, it takes discipline. For me, my discipline came from my dentist telling me to brush after every meal. I did, and after two months my teeth were paper white. It's fucking hard, you have to brush softer than normal if you go this route or you also risk penetrating enamel.

I didn't order in ebay I went to a professional dentist. Worth it every penny. Got plenty of compliments from girls.

Don't get teeths too much white or else you'll seem unnatural.

Crest white strips work really well, just make sure you sleep with them on your teeth. It says to wear them for 20 minutes and take them off, but the all night method turned my teeth pearly white in two weeks.
